If anyone more experienced could help me out with the process, give any tips or advice, or if you have had the same problem in the past, it would be greatly appreciated, because reddit is kind of my last hope. Now I am not sure if it is a problem with Davinci, Motion Array, or most likely me. I have followed almost all of the tutorials I can find and the "help" section Motion Array gives, but to no avail. When I go through the fusion tab it simply doesn't work, even though I created the dedicated files so that it should, when I copy to the media tab everything shows up separately and there is no words or way to add words anywhere, even though I did download the font, and when I open the file to a new project it is all there but everything says "media offline." It feels like it should be a simple easy task, but obviously I am missing something. I have tried different methods repeatedly, such as going through the fusion tab, copying the assets into the media tab, and opening the new project it gives you in files. However, it has been a very frustrating process trying to get a single one working. Four days ago I got the paid version of motion array so that I could access all of the templates, effects, transitions and everything else on there.
I am a beginner who has have never used templates on any platform before.
